For a long-term project with a large IT service provider in the financial environment, we are currently looking for an experienced Quality Representative (m/f/d) to support demanding project initiatives.
The start is planned for 01.03.2027, as the colleague is retiring but will still handle the onboarding. Contract conclusion and decision are planned for 11/26.

- Several years of experience in the project environment, ideally as a Quality Representative or Quality Manager
- Sound experience in quality assurance according to PMOplus
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and monitoring QA plans throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Confident handling of quality specifications, project standards, project documentation, and defined release and testing processes
- Experience in conducting reviews and quality checks of project results and project documents
- Knowledge in supporting internal audits and in managing and tracking resulting measures
- Experience in advising project management and specialist departments regarding quality management, project procedures, and adherence to defined standards
- Knowledge in the further development of QA methods, standards, and processes is an advantage
- Experience in complex, regulated project environments, ideally in the banking or financial services sector
- Structured, self-responsible, and very meticulous way of working, as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills
