- Several years of experience in overhead line construction
- Experience in the assembly and inspection of steel construction components on overhead line pylons
- Knowledge in the inspection of bolted connections and mechanical components
- Experience as an industrial climber with appropriate training/certification
- Knowledge in the assembly and post-processing of overhead line components
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) and own vehicle
