Responsibilities

• Conducting quality inspections (IP, MIP, KIP) as part of MAIT activities, including test support and hardware inspection
• Monitoring and documenting the proper execution of assembly and integration work
• Reviewing quality documentation, work documents, and inspection records in accordance with applicable QM processes
• Checking the operational readiness of tools, measuring instruments, and time-critical materials
• Creating and processing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and supporting Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRBs)
• Supporting quality assurance in the project and coordinating with internal departments
• Participating in process improvements, QA standards, training concepts, and quality metrics

• Completed technical degree or technical training with several years of experience in quality management or quality assurance
• Sound experience in conducting and documenting technical inspections
• Knowledge of quality management processes, inspection procedures, and documentation requirements
• Experience with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and processing quality deviations
• Good MS Office skills and experience in analyzing and preparing project results
• Basic knowledge of project management and lean management
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving competence, and sense of responsibility
• High willingness to travel, especially for multi-month assignments in Ottobrunn near Munich, as well as willingness to work shifts
