What we offer you

• You will support overall integration and acceptance testing in an IT project for a freight logistics company and check the interaction of systems within the application landscape.
• You will analyze business concepts, backlogs, IT concepts, as well as features and user stories in a task and project management system and derive test designs, test scenarios, and test cases from them.
• You will be responsible for test catalogs, identify required test data, and procure or generate it based on business requirements.
• You will advise on test design and ensure the quality of test execution.
• You will test software for functional and non-functional requirements, perform end-to-end tests, and work through the test catalogs specified by the business department.
• You will record and document defects as well as all test results and malfunctions in test reports.
• Together with the project and the business contacts, you will advise on the strategy for improving the applications and independently use specific test tools.
• You have more than 3 years of relevant experience in test preparation, test design, and business test execution.
• You hold the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification.
• You have practical experience working with business departments and IT, evidenced by 3 references.
• You have very good knowledge of test methods and their application in agile and classic software development processes, evidenced by 3 references.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (min. C1).
• You have experience in large, cross-application IT projects and can provide 1 reference.
• You have a very good ability to grasp concepts and a strong understanding of process and business workflows, evidenced by 1 reference.
• You have experience in the logistics industry, ideally with a freight logistics company, evidenced by 1 reference.
• You will work on a demanding system landscape and make an important contribution to the quality and production readiness of the applications of a freight logistics company.
• You will take on diverse tasks from test design to technical and business acceptance.
• You will independently shape your test tasks in a project environment based on SAFe and work closely with business departments and IT.
• Service provision is 90% remote and 10% onsite.
