The IPS Nah project has the following content:
The contractor's (service provider's) services will be provided for the IPS Nah project.
The IPS Nah test team at DB Cargo AG plans, coordinates, and executes the overall integration and acceptance test.
This involves testing the integration of systems in conjunction with IPS Nah within the DB Cargo application landscape,
as well as carrying out technical and functional acceptance.
The functional tests ensure that the systems meet the functional and qualitative requirements (regardless of the chosen
process model) and satisfy the formal criteria for release to production operation. The goal is to demonstrate the
correct behavior of the overall system.

- Advising on the strategy for rectifying the software / application, in cooperation with the project or the
- Processing of test catalogs specified by the business unit
- Independent handling of specific test tools

- Relevant experience in test preparation (test design) and functional test execution
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
- Practical experience in collaboration with business departments and IT
- Very good knowledge of test methods and their application in agile and classic
- Experience in large, cross-application IT projects
- Very good comprehension and understanding of processes and business workflows
- Experience in the DB environment desirable, ideally at DB Cargo
- Very good German, spoken and written
