As a Recruiter (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the quick and precise filling of vacancies within the SIGNAL IDUNA Group. You will work closely with executive search consultants and hiring managers, providing them with expert advice on the recruitment process. Your main tasks include:

• Responsibility for recruiting processes, from requirement briefing and advising specialist departments on creating job advertisements, to market conditions and the use of search methods, to reporting on project progress and, in individual cases, accompanying interviews.
• Proactive search for suitable individuals using active sourcing/direct approach, as well as building and maintaining candidate networks.
• Selection and management of recruitment agencies in coordination with the hiring department.
• Responsibility for an excellent candidate experience in all phases of the application process.
• Active participation in projects to improve processes, recruiting channels, and promote innovation in recruiting, as well as active interface work with the HR marketing/employer branding department.
• have successfully completed a degree or a comparable qualification.
• have professional experience in recruiting, especially in direct approach and active sourcing.
• have experience in applicant management and in coordinating employee referral programs.
• have ideally worked on recruiting apprentices and dual students and are familiar with the specifics.
• possess communication and consulting skills as well as a strong service/quality orientation.
• are willing to undertake occasional business trips.
• have fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
