Part-time SAP Solution Architect (m/f/d) SAP BTP, Fiori, Clean Core - Remote Frankfurt

Responsibilities

Seeking a very experienced, overarching SAP Solution Architect who ensures the connections between different solutions and sub-projects and places them into a consistent overall SAP architecture.

The role maintains the overall technical overview, identifies cross-solution dependencies, and supports management and enterprise architects in central architectural decisions.

Role note: Independent development activity is not required. The overall technical overview, a high level of architectural understanding, and the ability to recognize and manage complex interrelationships are crucial.

• Establishing an overarching connection between individual SAP solutions and sub-projects
• Placing respective solutions within the existing SAP context and the overarching target architecture
• Identifying, evaluating, and clarifying technical dependencies between systems, components, and solutions
• Supporting the resolution of architectural conflicts and technical overlaps
• Ensuring a consistent approach to SAP BTP, Fiori, Clean Core, and integration
• Evaluating essential technical concepts and architectural decisions
• Collaborating with enterprise architects, solution architects, team leads, and management
• Preparing and facilitating cross-solution decisions
• Ensuring transparency regarding technical risks, dependencies, and decision needs
• Representing the overall architecture in relevant coordination meetings and committees
• Many years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Enterprise Architect with an SAP focus
• Very broad understanding of complex SAP system landscapes
• Very good knowledge in several of the following areas: SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, Clean Core, SAP integration, interface architectures, and technical governance
• Ability to merge different solutions into a consistent overall architecture
• Experience in analyzing and managing complex technical dependencies
• Distinct senior level and confident demeanor towards management and those responsible for architecture
• Very good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to prepare technical matters in an audience-appropriate manner for management, architecture, and implementation teams
• Fluent German language skills
• Good knowledge of SAP maintenance processes and related SAP solutions
• Experience in the area of SAP PM or SAP EAM
• Experience in large transformation or modernization projects
• Experience with overarching architecture committees and decision-making processes
