Remote / Part-time: SAP S/4 Utilities Consultant - Billing & Tariff Harmonization

For a client in the energy industry, I am currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4 Utilities Consultant to support an ongoing S/4 Utilities transformation project in the billing sub-project.

Key Data:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: until the end of 2027
• Utilization: 2-3 days per week
• Location: Remote
• Contract Type: Freelance

Responsibilities

• Creation of the target concept in the billing sub-project
• Analysis and harmonization of existing tariff structures
• Support in defining future billing processes
• Functional consulting within the scope of the S/4 Utilities transformation
• Coordination with business departments and adjacent project teams
• Development of functional concepts for integration into the future system landscape
• Documentation of processes, requirements, and solution approaches

• Several years of experience in SAP IS-U or SAP S/4 Utilities
• In-depth know-how in the area of billing
• Experience in tariff models and tariff harmonization
• Experience in transformation or migration projects in the energy sector
• Knowledge of the business processes of energy suppliers
