Description

To strengthen an existing team, we are looking for an experienced external specialist in the areas of reporting, data visualization, and business analysis. The role combines technical data competence with a strong understanding of business requirements and close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Conception and creation of meaningful reports and dashboards on a proprietary, XML-based reporting platform
• Analysis and preparation of data as well as creation of necessary data selections and loading processes in the Oracle Data Warehouse
• Development and optimization of queries and data logic with PL/SQL
• Recording, analysis, and refinement of business requirements together with business departments and stakeholders
• Support of projects from requirements gathering through technical implementation to acceptance of reports
• Execution of operational tasks such as error analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
• Creation of ad-hoc evaluations based on Oracle data
• Ensuring high data, reporting, and implementation quality
• Maintenance and versioning of relevant artifacts using Git

Requirements

• Several years of experience in data visualization as well as creation of reports and dashboards
• Very good knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases
• Sound experience in business analysis and handling business requirements
• Experience with XML
• Practical knowledge of using Git
• Experience with data warehouse structures, data preparation, and data selections
• Ability to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions
• Enjoyment of close collaboration with business departments, project teams, and stakeholders
• High quality awareness and strong attention to detail

• High degree of initiative as well as strong implementation and results orientation
