Job description
We are looking for a freelance Requirements Engineer to formulate, structure, and manage system requirements using IBM DOORS and RPE, ensuring traceability and quality.
Project overview
For our client, we are filling the following position on a freelance basis:
Responsibilities
- Formulation and structuring of system requirements in English
- Creation of requirements based on defined sentence templates and standards
- Coordination and clarification of requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Maintenance and management of requirements in IBM DOORS
- Creation of documentation and reports with Rational Publishing Engine (RPE)
- Ensuring the traceability and quality of requirements
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering
- Very good knowledge of IBM DOORS
- Experience with Rational Publishing Engine (RPE)
- Knowledge of relevant engineering standards, especially ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288
- IREB certification an advantage
- Knowledge of military standards such as MIL-STDs, AECTP or VG standards desirable
- Very good English skills, written and spoken
