- Collection, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements
- Conducting and moderating requirements workshops
- Translation of business requirements into technical requirements
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes, systems, and interfaces
- Coordination and prioritization of requirements with stakeholders, business departments, and IT
- Identification, analysis, and management of dependencies, conflicts, and change requests
- Creation of user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Support during implementation and assistance in testing and acceptance phases
- Documentation of open points, risks, and decision needs
- Definition and coordination of target processes and solution requirements
- Creation and review of test cases and functional acceptance criteria
- Regular communication and coordination between business departments, IT, and other project participants
- Independent management and tracking of requirements until successful implementation
