Responsibilities

• Technical and qualitative support for a development and production partner in China
• Analysis and resolution of technical and quality-related issues on-site
• Monitoring and evaluation of development and production processes
• Conducting or supporting root cause analyses and deriving appropriate measures
• Technical coordination between the Chinese partner and European departments
• Coordination and follow-up of technical and quality-related measures
• Consulting on process, product, and quality improvements
• Documentation of project results and regular reporting to relevant interfaces

Requirements

My advantages:

• Extensive experience in the development or industrialization of electronic products
• Experience in collaborating with external development and manufacturing partners
• Basic understanding of development, verification, and industrialization processes
• Experience with requirements engineering, development documentation, and change management
• Profound knowledge in quality management of development and production projects
• Advanced knowledge in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and other quality methods is an advantage
• Very good English skills
• Ideally, experience in the Chinese environment and in intercultural cooperation
• Support in the ongoing project by our team
