For our locations in Leipzig, Gera, or Freital, we are looking for a temporary (one year) Clerk for Accounts Payable Nursing/Home Care (m/f/d)

This is what your mission for health looks like with us:

• You will factually and arithmetically check invoices from outpatient care services, taking into account the applicable remuneration regulations and the conditions for service provision.
• You will process invoices for nursing care insurance and home care, clarify discrepancies, and correct necessary data for proper remuneration.
• In case of discrepancies, you will create difference protocols and disallowance letters and communicate comprehensibly with outpatient care services and billing centers.
• You will record checked and corrected invoice amounts, release them for payment, and compile the necessary supporting documents for payment.
• You will support individual billing and quality checks, prepare relevant documents for them, and help to identify billing irregularities early on.

• With your completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist (m/f/d), as a Commercial Employee in Healthcare (m/f/d), or a completed vocational training in the medical field, you want to become part of our team.

• You are familiar with statutory health and nursing care insurance and can confidently apply the relevant performance and billing-related regulations in your daily work.

• After successful onboarding, daily home office is also possible after team coordination.
• Your attractive remuneration is secured in our collective agreement BAT-AOK-Neu
• with an annual gross of approx. EUR 48,300 to EUR 58,500 (full-time).
• You will receive Christmas bonus (13th monthly salary) as well as family and child supplements on top.
• 30 days of vacation and the option to use flextime create space to truly switch off.
