• You advise and support the STEs in the further development of the Value Team Fahrplandaten-Management in the sense of SAFe.
• You support the further introduction of a benefit-oriented portfolio and its management, especially with regard to WSJF and benefit hypotheses.
• You expand reporting dashboards based on the existing systems Agile Hive, Jira, Jira Structure, and Power BI.
• You contribute your technical and technological expertise in the areas of SAFe, Reporting, Jira, Agile Hive, and Flow to the further development of the environment.
• You support the digitalization and modernization of complex IT landscapes in planning and capacity management in the logistics industry with end-to-end processes and data flows.
• Required:
• Demonstrable experience with SAFe, including the introduction of the LPM level from at least 2 projects for the introduction and support of SAFe implementations in complex organizations with multiple existing project teams, as well as at least 5 years of practical experience.
• Experience with reorganizations in the SAFe context and successful support of at least one transformation after restructuring, for example, in the re-formation of existing project teams or value streams.
• Expert knowledge in Agile Hive, Jira, Structure for Jira, and Confluence with at least 5 years of practical experience.
• Many years of experience in classic and agile project management methods with at least 5 years of practical experience.
• Communication and moderation skills in change projects to support digital transformation processes with at least 5 years of practical experience.
• Desired:
• Experience in agile and scaled software development with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban with at least 5 years of practical experience.
• Experience with governance-compliant AI use in agile scaling, for example, for WSJF scoring, risk detection, or retro pattern analysis, with at least 1 year of practical experience.
• Experience in building and further developing reporting and flow metrics dashboards for portfolio management based on Power BI and Jira Structure, for example, for Flow Velocity, Flow Time, Flow Predictability, and WSJF evaluations, with at least 5 years of practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to proactively bring complex issues to the team for solution finding, as well as to critically question and optimize processes and structures, with at least 5 years of practical experience.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, assertiveness, and an analytical mindset.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written (min. C1).
