Project overview

For a client project, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 expert to support the setup of the data foundation for segmentation and activation in Marketing Cloud Next.

Responsibilities

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

FRAMEWORK CONDITIONS

• Setup of Data 360 and connection of data from Salesforce Sales Cloud, Hub, and SAP
• Co-design of the data model and customer identifiers
• Implementation of Identity Resolution and Unified Profiles
• Consideration of consent and governance requirements (GDPR)
• Support of the business unit segments and activation to the Marketing Cloud
• Requirements clarification with business departments/admins and complete documentation of the solution
• Demonstrable project experience in Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 (specifically data integration, identity resolution, activation)
• Experience with SAP connections and B2B data structures
• Flawless knowledge of consent management and GDPR requirements
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
