We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Expert to build the data foundation for segmentation and activation in Marketing Cloud Next. The role involves setting up Data 360, connecting data from various sources, and implementing identity resolution.

For our customer, we are currently looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Expert.

Responsibilities
Focus areas:
- Building the data foundation for segmentation and activation in Marketing Cloud Next
- Setting up Data 360 and connecting data from Salesforce Sales Cloud, Hub, and SAP
- Co-designing the data model and customer identifiers; implementing Identity Resolution and Unified Profiles
- Considering consent and governance requirements
- Supporting business unit segments and activation to Marketing Cloud
- Clarifying requirements with business departments and admins and documenting the solution
Requirements
- Experienced in Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 projects, especially in data integration, Identity Resolution, and activation
- Experience with SAP connections and B2B data structures is important
- Knowledge of consent and GDPR is required
