• Salesforce Development & DevOps: Independent development and customization of Service Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows, connection of third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, and control of CI/CD pipelines and deployments (including Data 360 and Agentforce).
• Architecture & Special Integrations: Technical conception and design of complex solution architectures, implementation of SAP and CTI/telephony connections (Salesforce Voice), and support for migrations from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
• Error Analysis & Troubleshooting: Performing root cause analysis, systematic debugging, and sustainable resolution of complex technical issues in the system.
• Communication & Knowledge Management: Confident coordination and documentation in English (German skills are an advantage) and setting up and managing article systems via Salesforce Knowledge.
• Salesforce Development: Sound practical experience in core platform development and Service Cloud customization.
• Tech Stack & Interfaces: Routine handling of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, as well as sound knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• DevOps & Deployments: Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Modern Platform Features: Familiarity with Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Analytical Troubleshooting: Excellent debugging skills and a structured method for root cause analysis of complex errors.
• Language Skills: Fluent English (spoken and written) and good German skills.
• Architecture: Experience in technical solution architecture and system design.
• Special Integrations: Practical experience with SAP connections and CTI and telephony integrations (Salesforce Voice).
• Migration & Knowledge Management: Experience with migrating Salesforce Classic to Lightning and setting up Salesforce Knowledge.
