SAP Ariba Functional Consultant Onsite Zurich

Project overview

For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for an SAP Ariba Functional Consultant (m/f/d) starting immediately.

As part of the project, the existing SAP Ariba landscape will be migrated from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. We are looking for support in the areas of Buying & Integration and Contracts & Sourcing.

Facts:

• Start: December 2026
• Duration / Scope: approx. 220 person-days, distributed among 1-2 consultants
• Location: at least 80% onsite in Zurich
• Project language: German (English desirable)

Responsibilities

• Takeover and further development of the existing SAP Ariba solution from the previous implementation partner
• Administration and configuration of the SAP Ariba realm
• Configuration and optimization of SAP Ariba Buying, Guided Buying, Contracts, and Sourcing
• Support of the DocuSign integration in the area of Contract Management
• Execution of master data imports and support with T2P migration
• Support during the migration of the existing SAP ECC integration to SAP S/4HANA
• Support in release management and processing of service requests with SAP

Requirements

• Several years of project experience as a SAP Ariba Functional Consultant at a senior level
• Profound knowledge in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing / Guided Buying, especially ICM parameters, forms, approval rules, and catalog management
• Experience with SAP Ariba Contracts, including DocuSign integration (OAuth)
• Good knowledge of SAP Ariba Sourcing
• Experience with master data imports and multi-ERP or backend migrations
• Experience in SAP Ariba integration projects, ideally in the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA environment
• SAP Ariba certification in Procurement or Sourcing
• Very good German language skills
