SAP Datasphere / SAC Consultant – HR Reporting / SuccessFactors

Project overview

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced SAP Datasphere / SAC Consultant to support HR reporting. The focus is on the integration and modeling of HR data in SAP Datasphere and the implementation of reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is particularly relevant.

Project Framework Data

Utilization: 0.5 FTE, approx. 2.5 days per week

Responsibilities

Gathering and refining reporting requirements together with the HR department

Translating functional requirements and HR key figures into technical data models and reporting solutions

Conception, development, and further development of data models in SAP Datasphere

Integration and preparation of HR data, especially from SAP SuccessFactors

Setup, control, and monitoring of data flows as well as ETL and loading processes

Conception and implementation of role and authorization concepts for access to sensitive HR data

Development and optimization of reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud

Ensuring data quality through checks, comparisons, and coordination with the department

Documentation of data models, data flows, authorizations, and reporting logics

If necessary: Analysis of existing BW evaluations and transfer into a Datasphere/SAC target architecture

Requirements

Very good practical experience with SAP Datasphere, especially in data modeling and data integration

Experience in the conception and implementation of role and authorization concepts

Sound knowledge of data flows, ETL processes, and the control of loading sequences or process chains

Experience in HR reporting, ideally based on SAP SuccessFactors

Good practical experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, especially in the development of dashboards and reporting solutions

Ability to systematically gather requirements from the department and translate them into implementable technical solutions

Independent working style and confident communication with the department and IT

Desirable

Experience with SAP BW or SAP BW/4HANA

Knowledge in the analysis and further development of existing reporting landscapes

Experience with the migration or replacement of existing BW evaluations with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud

Goal of the Engagement

Develop a reliable and needs-based HR reporting solution based on SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud. The focus is on consistent HR key figures, suitable access authorizations, and meaningful evaluations for the department.
