Responsibilities

You can look forward to the following setup:

• Technical analysis and resolution of disturbances in the SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM / DMC) environment with a focus on DM Execution and POD
• Analysis of POD and integration errors, as well as narrowing down causes and developing suitable workarounds
• Troubleshooting of interfaces and data flows between SAP DM and SAP ERP R/3, especially with incorrect order transfers and feedback
• Technical specification, processing, and tracking of incidents, SAP tickets, and Template Enhancement Requests (TERs)
• Independent preparation and execution of release, regression, and integration tests as part of the quarterly SAP DM releases
• Documentation of test results, error patterns, and technical analysis paths, as well as early identification of regressions
• Technical coordination with project management and consulting on accelerating escalations and root cause analyses
• Several years of practical experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing, especially DM Execution and POD
• Demonstrable project experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud 1.0
• Profound knowledge of SAP ERP R/3 and the interplay of interfaces and data flows between ERP and SAP DM
• Experience in incident management and technical troubleshooting
• Very good knowledge in planning and executing release, regression, and integration tests
• Technical programming or debugging understanding to narrow down error causes and derive qualified technical recommendations
• Workload: 2-3 days per week
