• Customizing and further development of SAP HCM Time Management (PT)
• Setup, maintenance, and optimization of Time Management schemes and rules
• Analysis of business requirements and development of suitable solution concepts
• Coordination with HR/IT departments and SAP HCM stakeholders
• Management of development activities in the SAP HCM PT environment
• Support in connecting and managing interfaces to non-SAP systems
• Processing and tracking of changes, service requests, and incidents in the ITSM environment
• Monitoring of SAP notes and coordination with SAP Support

Requirements

• Several years of experience in customizing SAP HCM PT (Time Management)
• Expertise in schemes and rules of SAP HCM Time Management
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes according to ITIL, especially Change, Release, Service Request, and Incident Management
• Familiarity with software development processes in SAP landscapes
• Know-how of collective bargaining agreements TV-V and TV-N is an advantage
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
