An established industrial company is looking for an SAP EWM Consultant at short notice to support a central logistics location.
Responsibilities
Environment
- Taking over 1st and 2nd level support for SAP EWM in operational use
- Analysis and resolution of system errors, booking problems, and process disruptions
- Interface between the specialist department and IT for complex topics
- Recording and implementation of requirements from the operational environment
- Support with process optimization and continuous improvement
- Participation in tests (e.g., regression tests)
- Support with reporting and KPI tracking
- Validation of performance reports from an external logistics service provider
- Central logistics and warehouse management environment with SAP EWM
- Processes: Goods receipt, goods issue, picking, production supply
- Use in an environment with an automated high-bay warehouse
- Collaboration with an external logistics service provider
Requirements
Framework conditions
- Very good SAP EWM knowledge
- Sound understanding of logistics processes and their mapping in EWM
- Experience in error analysis and support in operational use
- Good communication skills
- Start: asap
- Duration: 4 months+
- Utilization: Full-time
- Location: 100% in Augsburg
