Keil Business Solutions GmbH is seeking an experienced SAP HCM ABAP Senior Developer/Technical Consultant for a 3-month project starting November 16, 2026. The role involves 2nd/3rd level support, ABAP development in HCM, customer consulting, and troubleshooting, with a 100% remote work option.

For a customer project, we are currently looking for an SAP HCM ABAP Senior Developer / Technical Consultant (m/f/d) – November - remote - 2-3 months - Part-time
For the functional and organizational support of this project, we are looking for an experienced SAP consultant (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- SAP HCM Support (2nd / 3rd-Level) ABAP HCM
- Development SAP ABAP in the HCM environment
- Customer consulting regarding optimization possibilities
- Support for SAP HCM updates including SPDD/SPAU
- Troubleshooting error tickets, problem analysis, and correction
- Implementation of Service Requests/Change Requests
- Processing tickets from the ticketing system
Requirements
Language: German (fluent) and English
Key Data:
- Several years of experience in SAP HCM ABAP
- Experience 2nd/3rd Level Support
- SAP HCM

100% remote possible (possibly onboarding on-site - 2 days)
