- Support with technical and functional user support
- Consulting and conception in the following modules:
Requirements
- Knowledge and practical experience in SAP HCM
- Experience in ongoing system maintenance and SAP HCM Application Management
- Experience in technical and functional user support, as well as in processing support requests and tickets
- Good knowledge in at least one of the following SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Development (PE), Time Management (PT), or Payroll Germany or Austria
- Experience in analyzing and resolving errors, as well as in handling functional questions in the SAP HCM environment
- Knowledge in analyzing and maintaining personnel master data and organizational data
