SAP HCM Consultant

Project overview

For a demanding SAP HCM project with a client from the public sector based in Cologne, we are looking for experienced SAP HCM Consultants who have broad functional coverage of the HCM portfolio and can maintain an overview even with complex requirements.

Two to three experienced consultants are expected to be sought, who in particular bring sound knowledge of the specificities of personnel management in the federal government.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and support of the SAP HCM portfolio with a focus on personnel administration and payroll
• Consideration of the specific collective bargaining, legal, and organizational framework conditions of the federal government
• Consulting in the area of position management and related personnel management processes
• Analysis of complex functional requirements and development of viable solutions
• Support in functional conception and implementation
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments and other project participants

Requirements

Framework Conditions

• Many years of sound experience in SAP HCM consulting
• Very good knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Payroll (PY)
• Experience with the specificities of personnel management in the federal government or public service
• Knowledge in the area of position management and related HCM processes
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Confidence, resilience, and strong nerves even with complex challenges
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
