SAP HCM Developer with Focus on HCM Authorizations

Project overview

For our client in the public sector, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP HCM Developer with a focus on HCM Authorizations.

• Maintenance, analysis, and further development of existing customer-specific developments in the SAP HCM and authorization environment
• Analysis of business requirements and their translation into technically suitable solutions, considering as close to standard SAP as possible
• Development and adaptation of backend components, including data structures in ABAP Dictionary, Dynpros, and OData services
• Development and further development of frontend applications based on SAP UI5 and CDS Views
• Conception, implementation, and support of context-sensitive and structural authorizations in the SAP HCM environment
• Analysis of existing individual codings and support in their optimization and further development
• Advising the client on possible SAP standard solutions and reducing customer-specific developments
• Technical coordination with business departments and other project participants for the implementation of business requirements
• Support in the further development of the existing HCM application landscape and its technical architecture
• Knowledge transfer and technical support for other team members in the SAP HCM, development, and authorization environment
• Many years of experience in SAP HCM development
• Very good knowledge in the area of SAP HCM authorizations
• Experience with context-sensitive and structural authorizations
• Very good ABAP knowledge in the SAP HCM environment
• Experience with ABAP Dictionary, Dynpros, and OData services
• Knowledge of SAP UI5 and CDS Views
• Experience in the analysis, maintenance, and further development of customer-specific developments
• Understanding of SAP standard processes and ability to develop solution approaches close to standard
• Ideally, experience in the public administration sector
• Strong communication skills and experience in knowledge transfer
