Seeking an Integration Architect with expertise in SAP HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud to manage technical integration, HR data flows, and complex integration scenarios.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Technical integration between SAP HCM and Oracle HCM Cloud
- Analysis and implementation of HR data flows
- Support for complex integration scenarios
- Development and customization of BAdIs, User Exits, IDocs, RFCs, Web Services
- Implementation and support of integrations via: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, REST, APIs, SOAP Services
- Working with SAP HCM Infotypes and HR data models
- Understanding and coordination of master data structures in SAP and Oracle
- Support in architecture and design decisions Communication
- Documentation and coordination in English
- Collaboration with international project teams
- Profound experience in the SAP HCM environment
- Solid knowledge in SAP HCM (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management), SAP HCM Infotypes and data models, ABAP development
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, HDL / HSDL, REST-/SOAP integrations
- HR system integrations
- Language skills: Fluent English, German advantageous
