SAP HCM PA Consultant – Customizing & Testing

Responsibilities

• Support in the implementation of SAP HCM Personnel Administration in the public sector environment
• Execution of SAP HCM PA customizing, considering organizational and legal requirements
• Configuration and documentation of relevant SAP IMG settings
• Preparation and execution of functional and integration tests
• Creation of German test documentation as well as recording and classification of errors
• Support in error analysis and tracking of test results
• Coordination of work results with the relevant project managers

Requirements

Utilization: approx. 20%

Due to customer requirements, a project-related employment is assumed.

Expert Candidate Relations

• Several years of experience in the SAP HCM environment
• Profound knowledge in SAP HCM Personnel Administration
• Practical experience in customizing SAP HCM PA
• Experience in executing and documenting SAP integration and functional tests
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Private Cloud Edition is an advantage
• Experience with implementation projects in the public sector is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness for project-related on-site assignments in Berlin
