SAP HCM PT Consultant | 100% Remote | ANK15125

Responsibilities

• Customizing in SAP HCM PT (Time Management) as well as new setup, maintenance, and adaptation of schemes and rules
• Analysis of business requirements and development of suitable solution concepts in collaboration with HR IT and the business departments
• Coordination with SAP HCM module managers and application experts
• Management of HCM developers in the SAP HCM PT area
• Support of development coordination for interfaces to non-SAP systems
• Management and processing of changes from requirements, projects, and incidents in the ITSM tool Omnitracker
• Monitoring of SAP notes as well as collaboration with SAP Support and processing of OSS messages
• Documentation and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Very good customizing skills or several years of experience in SAP HCM PT (Time Management)
• Very good knowledge of schemes and rules in SAP HCM PT
• Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreements TV-V and TV-N desirable
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes according to ITIL, especially Change, Release, Service Request, and Incident Management
• Knowledge of software development processes in SAP environments
