SAP HCM Trainer with focus on PA-PM, PT, FI-TV, OM, SSF modules

Project overview

For our client in the public sector, we are currently looking for an SAP HCM Trainer (m/f/d) with a focus on the PA-PM, PT, FI-TV, OM, SSF modules.

Background:

The project represents a central milestone on the path to comprehensive digital transformation. The focus is on internal processes in the HR department, which will be standardized and fully digitized in the future. The goal is to create a uniform, efficient, and user-friendly solution for all HR matters.

With the introduction of an intuitive self-service portal, all employees will have the opportunity to handle their personal matters – such as master data changes, vacation requests, or working time records – independently, transparently, and without media breaks. This will not only improve service quality but also noticeably relieve the organization.

Responsibilities

• Planning, conception, and execution of training measures in the area of SAP HCM
• Conducting face-to-face, online, and hybrid training sessions as a lecturer
• Imparting technical and system knowledge in the following SAP modules and applications:
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• Time Management (PT)
• Travel Management (FI-TV)
• Position Management (PA-PM)
• Organizational Management (OM)
• Electronic Personnel File
• Process Tool (SSF)
• Employee Portal including ESS and MSS services
• Tailoring and imparting complex content to target groups
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of training materials and training concepts
• Support in the introduction of new functionalities and processes through accompanying training measures
• Participation in quality assurance and continuous optimization of training offerings
• Technical advice to users in the context of training content
• Modules: OM, PA-PM, RK, PT, PA & E-PA
• Experience with planning and conducting training for large user groups as part of a rollout

Assignment: 80% remote and 20% on-site
