• Creation and adaptation of tariffs for standard, commercial, and special customers
• System-side mapping of complex tenant electricity models, including master data and processes in SAP IS-U
• Analysis, conception, and implementation of SAP solutions with a focus on billing and tariffs
• Error log analysis and mass corrections of billing master data
• Mass billing runs and checking job chains with the IT service provider
• Derivation of improvement approaches for processes and systems
• Bilateral coordination with suppliers and market partners
• Integration tests and clarification of billing problems with external service providers
• Implementation of current and new customer requirements in SAP IS-U
