Support is needed for the operational processing of business transactions in the area of market processes for a client in the energy industry. The focus is on the practical implementation and processing of tasks in daily business.
Project overview
Support is sought for the operational processing of business transactions in the area of market processes for a client in the energy industry. The focus is on the practical implementation and processing of tasks in daily business. Technical consulting or process analysis is not part of the assignment. Processing is carried out using various systems and applications, including V2, SAP Fiori (Frontend/Backend), and MaKo Cloud. Tasks will be assigned as work packages and implemented independently.
Onboarding for new topics will take place on-site. After successful onboarding, processing of individual work packages can be partially done remotely, depending on the specific technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operational processing of business transactions in the production and test systems
- Support in processing clarification cases, for example, in connection with move-in, move-out, start of supply, end of supply, or deregistration requests
- Execution of manual move-ins outside of market communication (without MaKo processes)
- Participation in open topics and tasks within ongoing projects
- Support in the implementation and optimization of automation processes, for example, through the use of RPA solutions
- Flexible participation in both daily business and project-related activities
Requirements
Framework Conditions
- Sound experience in the operational processing of processes in the SAP IS-U environment
- Confident use of SAP systems, ideally V2, SAP Fiori, and market process-related applications
- Experience in processing clarification cases and energy industry business transactions
- High flexibility in switching between daily business and project tasks
- Willingness for regular on-site presence (especially Tuesday to Thursday) and for onboarding to new work packages within the client team
- Start: by arrangement
- Utilization: 3-5 days per week
- Location: On-site component required (Tuesday to Thursday), home office possible on Monday and Friday
- Remote component: Possible after successful onboarding and depending on the respective work package
- Project type: Operational support / Case processing market processes
