Project overview

For our client, we are looking for several SAP Key Users (m/f/d) in the SAP MM area as operational support. The client is currently in a migration to S/4HANA.

• Operational invoice processing and invoice verification in the procurement process in SAP MM
• Clarification of invoice blocks as well as price and quantity discrepancies with purchasing, departments, and suppliers
• Processing and maintenance of contracts (e.g., contracts, framework agreements) in SAP
• Ensuring data quality and correct document flow along the procurement process (order, goods receipt, invoice)
• Contact person for departments regarding questions about procurement and invoice processes
• If applicable, support with tests and further development of processes in the course of the S/4HANA introduction
• Min. 3 years of practical experience in SAP ECC in procurement and invoice verification processes (SAP MM)
• Knowledge of procurement and invoice verification processes (SAP MM) in S/4HANA
• Practical experience in operational invoice and contract processing
• Very good German language skills
