SAP S/4HANA Consultants and Change Management Expert

Project overview

We are looking for experienced SAP consultants and change management experts for a comprehensive transformation project in the public sector. You will support an organization in migrating to SAP S/4HANA and accompany the organizational change.

For the position as SAP S/4HANA Specialist (3 positions), you will be responsible for:

Technical focus areas: SAP modules FI, CO, PSM, and PS-CD.

For the position as Change Management Expert (1 position), your responsibilities include:

• Specification and requirements management of target processes
• System configuration and optimization in SAP S/4HANA
• Execution of end-to-end and functional tests
• Creation of technical solution scenarios and documentation
• Support of data migration, system integration, and performance optimization
• Functional workshops and stakeholder communication
• Support of project management through structured work
• Identification and support of key players
• Conception of target group-specific training and onboarding measures
• Early identification of acceptance risks and resistance
• Management of change communication and stakeholder management

Requirements

We expect expertise, project management experience, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Sound experience in the public sector
• Fluent German and English
• Long-term assignment planned (01.01.2027 – 30.06.2028 with option)
• Full-time employment
• Location: Berlin and remote possible
