SAP S/4HANA QM Principal Consultant – Quality Management & Integration

Project overview

For a long-term SAP transformation and digitalization project, we are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA QM Principal Consultant with a focus on quality management, SAP customizing, and the integration of adjacent SAP modules.

The focus is on the further development and optimization of complex SAP system landscapes as well as the digitalization of quality management and manufacturing processes. You will support the analysis of existing solutions, the development of functional application architectures, and the implementation of future-proof SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of existing SAP system landscapes and development of technical and functional target architectures
• Consulting, conception, and further development of SAP S/4HANA QM and adjacent modules
• Implementation and customizing of SAP QM solutions
• Optimization of quality management processes, especially quality planning, quality inspection, quality notifications, and error logging
• Conception and implementation of customer-specific enhancements using User-Exits and BAdIs
• Development and integration of OData services
• Conception and further development of digital manufacturing and quality management processes
• Analysis and evaluation of various solution options and execution of Proof of Concepts
• Conducting workshops and coordination with business departments and technical stakeholders
• Consulting regarding standardization, maintainability, and optimization of operating costs
• Quality assurance of developed solutions
• Functional support for knowledge transfer, mentoring, and pair programming

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in consulting, development, and design with SAP S/4HANA QM and the adjacent modules PM, PP, and MM
• More than 7 years of experience with SAP QM in the S/4HANA environment, including implementation and customizing in complex SAP system landscapes with more than 5,000 users and over 50 interfaces
• More than 7 years of expert knowledge in the areas of quality master data, quality planning, quality inspection, quality notifications, error logging, and SAP Fiori Apps for QM
• More than 5 years of experience in implementing customer-specific SAP QM enhancements using User-Exits and BAdIs, as well as in implementing OData services
• More than 3 years of practical project experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially SAP QM and its integration with PM, PP, and MM

• More than 5 years of cross-functional experience with SAP PM, especially configuration and data processing in complex system landscapes with over 5,000 users
• More than 5 years of experience with functional application architectures in highly complex, high-availability SAP system landscapes with over 5,000 users and more than 50 interfaces
• More than 5 years of cross-functional experience with SAP PP, especially configuration and data processing in large SAP system landscapes
• More than 5 years of experience with interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications
• More than 5 years of cross-functional experience with SAP MM, especially configuration and data processing in complex system landscapes
• More than 5 years of experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications
