Job description
The role involves supporting and optimizing SAP SD/Service processes, analyzing business requirements, and contributing to the S/4HANA transformation. The ideal candidate has several years of experience with SAP SD and a good understanding of commercial processes.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimization of SAP SD/Service processes, especially quotation, order, and billing
- Analysis of business requirements as well as conception and implementation of suitable solutions
- Support and further development of interfaces
- Error analysis, adjustments, and support in second and third-level support
Requirements
- Several years of experience with SAP SD, ideally complemented by SAP CS or service processes
- Good understanding of commercial processes and technical contexts
- Experience in supporting productive SAP systems and in the interface environment
- Knowledge of S/4HANA, ABAP, SAP Fiori, or BTP are advantageous
- Experience in the energy industry as well as very good German language skills are desirable
