SAP Senior Solution Architect EWM / Customs

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an "SAP Senior Solution Architect EWM / Customs" to support the project, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the functional and technical solution architecture in the SAP EWM environment
• Analysis, conception, and optimization of complex warehouse and logistics processes
• Advising business units and project teams on the implementation of SAP EWM solutions
• Design and implementation of processes in the areas of goods receipt, putaway, production supply, inventory management, and quality management
• Conception, implementation, and optimization of customs and foreign trade processes
• Integration of external customs systems and customs solutions into the SAP system landscape
• Ensuring seamless process integration between SAP EWM and the adjacent modules MM, QM, and PP
• Conducting workshops, requirements analyses, and solution designs
• Support during test management, go-live, and hypercare phases
• Close coordination with international stakeholders and project managers

Requirements

• Profound experience in the SAP EWM environment
• Several years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or comparable senior role
• In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM with a focus on warehouse and intralogistics processes
• Demonstrable experience in customs and foreign trade processes, especially customs warehousing, active inward processing, warehousing, and import/export processing
• Experience in connecting and integrating customs software
• Very good knowledge of SAP modules MM, QM, and PP as well as their interfaces to SAP EWM
• Experience in creating solution architectures and end-to-end process designs
• Strong communication and consulting skills at both functional and management levels
• Experience in international SAP transformation and implementation projects
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
