Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM) Consultant needed for implementation, configuration, and integration within an existing HR system landscape. The role involves designing and implementing ALM functionalities and processes, focusing on integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM, SmartRecruiters, and SAP Integration Suite.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of ALM into an existing HR system landscape.
Responsibilities
Integration focus areas:
You should have extensive experience in designing SAP and HR integrations and be able to define and synchronize complex data flows across multiple systems.
- Implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP SuccessFactors Agent Lifecycle Management into the existing HR infrastructure
- Consulting and configuration of ALM functionalities
- Design and implementation of agent and producer lifecycle processes, including onboarding, master data management, relationships and hierarchies, qualifications and certifications, and compliance processes
- Definition of system-of-record principles, data ownership, and end-to-end data flows
- Creation of functional and technical interface specifications and data mappings
- Support with integration testing, UAT, troubleshooting, cutover, and go-live
- Documentation and knowledge transfer
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Integration of personnel master data and HR master data
- SAP HCM: Integration with existing HR systems and hybrid architectures
- SmartRecruiters: Interfaces between recruiting and ALM
- SAP Integration Suite: Design and implementation of integration flows
