• Sound experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM
• Practical experience with end-to-end HR data migrations including extraction, transformation, mapping, and loading
• Knowledge of SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder), SAP CPI / Integration Suite, and data replication
• Experience with SAP Infoporter, PTP replication, and SuccessFactors Import/Export
• Sound knowledge of SAP HCM PA, OM, and Payroll
• Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP HCM and S/4HANA
• Experience with cross-border SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations is an advantage
• SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is an advantage
• Very good English skills
