SAP Team for onPrem - Rollout to Poland

Project overview

We are looking for an SAP team for our client for a project (onPrem - rollout from Germany to Poland).

The following roles are sought:

• SAP FI/CO Consultant with knowledge of Polish Finance and Controlling regulations
• SAP SD Consultant
• SAP Logistics Consultant
• Mapping of the Polish Chart of Accounts and local valuation methods.
• Integration of legal specifics (e.g., electronic tax audit, JPK reporting, SAF-T structures).
• Local CO views and Profit Center Accounting for the Polish site.
• Conception of legally compliant and group-compliant financial and controlling processes.
• Coordination of interfaces with the German headquarters (Group Reporting).
• Sales and billing processes, considering EU internal trade and local Polish requirements.
• Adaptation of pricing, conditions, and output documents (e.g., invoice and credit memo forms).
• Creation of template fit/gap analyses for sales.
• Design of country-specific SD processes while maintaining corporate templates.
• Materials management, warehouse management, and potentially production planning for the site in Poland.
• Integration of supply chain, transport, and customs processes (cross-border DE-PL).
• Conception of site-specific logistics workflows.
• Harmonization of inventory management and procurement processes with the German parent company.
