Responsibilities

Conducting and moderating Scrum events as well as SAFe-specific events, providing expert advice on agile improvements, risk and problem management, onboarding optimization, documentation of improvement suggestions, and consulting on cost dashboards with PowerBI.

• At least 2 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master according to Scrum and SAFe and Change Management in IT projects in large German corporations (at least 2 references)
• Completed university degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Organizational Research
• Project experience with documentation in GitLab (Intermediate > 3 years of experience)
• Experience with ITSM, particularly with Incident Management (e.g., with Atlassian Toolsuite or ServiceNow), process management in IT projects of large German corporations (Intermediate > 3 years of experience)
• Experience in data-based analysis and optimization of technical processes using R or Go (Intermediate > 3 years of experience)
• Project experience in EVU (Junior 3 years of experience)
• Experience with monitoring (e.g., Grafana) in IT projects of large German corporations (at least 1 reference)
• Experience in applying Design Thinking methods for structured identification of user requirements and development of innovative solution approaches (1 certificate)
