Net Kontur, a web and digital marketing agency, is seeking independent sales partners to acquire clients for their services. The role involves lead generation, sales calls, and closing deals, with a commission-based compensation structure.

Net Kontur is a web and digital marketing agency from Bavaria. We support small and medium-sized businesses in expanding their digital presence, acquiring new customers, and making processes more efficient using modern technologies.
To expand our sales efforts, we are looking for independent sales partners who are interested in acquiring suitable clients for our services and successfully closing sales opportunities.

Compensation:
The calculation basis is the net order value.
- Contacting existing leads and arranging appointments or acquiring your own clients through your existing network and personal business contacts
- Conducting sales calls, determining needs, and presenting suitable services
- Following up on offers and accompanying clients until contract closure
- Web design and web development
- AI automation and digital process optimization
- Search engine optimization (SEO) and AI visibility (GEO)
- Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Performance-based compensation on a commission basis, without a fixed salary
- 15% of the paid order value.
- 20% commission on the order value for clients acquired from your own network
- Additionally, 10% commission on agency fees for the first six months for brokered ongoing orders
