Seeking a Senior Accountant for a Carve-Out project to establish an audit-proof opening balance sheet and manage financial transition processes. The role involves extensive coordination with internal and external stakeholders and requires strong project management skills in a finance context.

- Establishment of an audit-proof opening balance sheet in a carve-out environment
- Ensuring correct balance sheet representation of the transition period from 01.01. to 30.09.
- Review and control of all transition bookings since 01.10.
- Execution and monitoring of invoicing
- Support of accounts payable including dunning process
- Management and reconciliation of TSA (Transition Service Agreement) and intercompany charges
- Identification and documentation of unregulated services within the TSA environment
- Development and preparation of suitable allocation and charging keys
- Preparation and support for monthly closings
- Coordination and follow-up of all open finance topics in the carve-out project
- Project management in the finance environment during the carve-out phase
- Coordination and communication with auditors, tax advisors, tax lawyers, and valuation experts
- Ensuring audit-proof documentation
- Support in preparing the 2026 annual financial statements and accompanying the audit
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clean carve-out process
