Seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a multinational investment company to handle ongoing accounting, manage external service providers, and support tax and cash management for US entities.
Project overview
For our client, an internationally active investment company, we are looking for experienced support in Finance & Accounting on short notice.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for ongoing accounting with a focus on US companies
- Collaboration and management of external accounting service providers
- Support with tax issues, especially in the US environment
- Participation in cash management for US entities
- Support of the budgeting and forecasting process
- Creation of analyses, reports, and key figures for management
- Close collaboration with the Head of Finance and international stakeholders
Requirements
Framework conditions
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- Further training as a certified accountant, tax specialist, or comparable qualification is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of HGB and IFRS; US GAAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong hands-on mentality as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Experience in SaaS or software companies is an advantage
- Start: short notice / immediately
- Duration: approx. 2-3 months
- Utilization: 40 hours per week
- Location: Munich
- Model: Hybrid (approx. 2-3 days on-site), fully remote possible in exceptional cases
