For a client project, we are looking for a Senior Analyst (m/f/d) starting in January 2027.

• Creation, maintenance, and documentation of requirements in HP ALM or comparable ALM tools
• Coordination with project participants, business departments, software suppliers, and external service providers
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of workshops, regular meetings, and expert discussions
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, work processes, meeting minutes, and
• Creation and maintenance of Confluence pages and user stories
• Management and processing of tasks in GitLab and Jira
• Support in the creation of security, operational, disaster recovery, and other
• Analysis and evaluation of XML messages
• Participation in requirements, risk, and information security management

• Sound experience in requirements management and in the technical analysis of complex IT projects
• Very good knowledge of ALM tooling, ideally HP ALM, Atlassian Jira, or Intland Codebeamer
• Good knowledge of information security management and risk management
• Experience in creating use cases, user stories, and requirements reviews
• Knowledge of agile working according to Scrum, Kanban, or XP
• Experience with Confluence, GitLab, and Jira
• Knowledge of SQL and handling XML data structures are advantageous
• A completed university degree, an IREB certification, and an existing
• Teamwork skills and a structured way of working complete your profile.
