Project overview
For an IT infrastructure project, we are looking for an experienced Senior Application Operations Engineer (m/f/d) on a freelance basis. The goal is to analyze business-critical applications and validate operational processes as part of a Proof of Concept (PoC).

- Analysis of applications, servers, databases, and interfaces
- Testing of web servers, load balancers, networks, and firewalls
- Troubleshooting, PoC tests, and creation of technical operations playbooks
- Min. 5 years of experience in application/system operations
- Linux/Windows, IIS/Apache/Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB
- Network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall), monitoring
- Ideally SonicWall, VMware, and ITIL
- Hands-on mentality and very good German language skills
