Senior Architect Project Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to manage and coordinate demanding building construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality targets are met.

Your tasks include coordinating specialist planners, inspectors, and contractors during all project phases. You will manage and monitor service phases 5 to 9 according to HOAI, conduct approval and coordination processes, and identify interfaces with adjacent trades. Furthermore, you will support project participants with technical questions, coordinate with authorities and approval bodies, and create necessary technical documentation.

We expect a successfully completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, as well as several years of professional experience in project management of complex building construction projects. Sound knowledge of HOAI service phases and experience in coordinating specialist planners and executing companies are required. You have a confident command of deadline, cost, and quality management, as well as experience in dealing with authorities and approval bodies.

Ideal candidates bring a strong understanding of architectural quality, the ability to structure complex issues, and strong communication skills. Experience in large-scale projects or complex infrastructure projects is an advantage. We value an independent, solution-oriented way of working, teamwork, and a high degree of responsibility.

The workplace is located in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, with a hybrid working model.
