We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to expand our client's IT landscape, focusing on requirements management, team organization, and process design in IT data integration.
Project overview
We, emagine GmbH, are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (m/f/d) to expand our client's system landscape. Consultants (m/f/d) experienced in change processes for requirements management / team organization and process design in the field of IT data integration are sought.
Responsibilities
- IT requirements management including ensuring process-compliant documentation
- Management of an implementation team of analysts and developers from requirements assessment to test completion/release
- Structuring and coordination of banking-specific requirements with interface partners
- Planning and control of resource deployment
- Support in the design of new line processes
Requirements
- Experience with change processes in teams
- Banking experience necessary
- Solution-oriented pragmatic work in a regulated environment
- High communication skills, team orientation and very good structuring competence as well as fluent German language skills in spoken and written form at C2 level including secure banking-specific vocabulary
- Experience in planning, execution and documentation of IT implementations
- Experience with Jira, X-Ray and ServiceNow is an advantage
