Seeking a Senior OCM Consultant to lead the OCM stream for an international SAP S/4HANA transformation project, focusing on Supply Chain and Production.
Project overview
Starting Situation:
As part of an international SAP S/4HANA transformation, an existing SAP system is being converted to SAP S/4HANA for the Supply Chain and Production areas using a brownfield approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead of the OCM stream in the project
- Stakeholder and change impact analysis across all companies in scope
- Leadership kick-off
- Communication plan and communication matrix up to Go-Live
- Building and enabling the key user network, which supports end-user training
Requirements
- OCM in SAP S/4HANA or ERP large-scale projects
- Stakeholder and change impact analysis, multiple countries
- Communication planning up to Go-Live
- Key user network, train-the-trainer (supportive)
- German fluent (negotiation level), English fluent
- Confident at management and GPO level
- Moderation of workshops and communities
- Independent as stream lead
- Willingness to travel to Southern Germany
