Senior Business Analyst for SPM

Responsibilities

• Analysis, structuring, and documentation of requirements from business departments in the areas of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning.
• Conducting workshops for requirements gathering, refinement, and prioritization of requirements.
• Advising stakeholders on standard and out-of-the-box functionalities of ServiceNow SPM with the goal of reducing custom adaptations to the necessary minimum.
• Translating business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for agile implementation teams.
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of requirements.
• Accompanying tests, reviews, and acceptances from a business perspective.

Requirements

Utilization: Full-time / 80-100%

On-site portion: approx. 5 times per year, 1-2 days each

Language: German (fluent) and English (fluent)

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects.
• Profound knowledge in at least three of the following areas:
• Demand Management
• Portfolio Management
• Project Management
• Resource Management
• Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
• Experience in conducting and moderating workshops with management and business stakeholders.
• Experience in formulating user stories and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Very good knowledge of agile working methods (Scrum, SAFe).
